Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membangunkan dan menilai kesahan serta kebolehpercayaan instrumen analisis keperluan bagi pembangunan Model Bahasa Arab untuk Pelancongan Digital menggunakan teknologi Realiti Terimbuh (AR) di Selangor. Pembangunan instrumen ini melalui tiga fasa utama: sorotan literatur untuk mengenal pasti konstruk keperluan, kekurangan, dan kehendak; pembangunan item soal selidik berskala Likert 5 mata; dan pengesahan kandungan oleh tiga panel pakar dalam bidang berkaitan. Seterusnya, satu kajian rintis telah dijalankan melibatkan 30 orang pelancong Arab di Selangor untuk menentukan kebolehpercayaan instrumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan Pakej Statistik untuk Sains Sosial (SPSS) versi 29, dengan penekanan kepada pekali Alpha Cronbach. Hasil kajian rintis menunjukkan nilai Alpha Cronbach keseluruhan bagi instrumen (28 item) ialah 0.796, menandakan tahap kebolehpercayaan yang tinggi. Konstruk "Keperluan" menunjukkan kebolehpercayaan sangat tinggi (α=0.971), manakala konstruk "Kekurangan" berada pada tahap sederhana (α=0.567), dan "Kehendak" pada tahap rendah (α=0.173). Walaupun terdapat variasi dalam kebolehpercayaan setiap konstruk, instrumen secara keseluruhan dianggap kukuh untuk menilai keperluan pembangunan model bahasa Arab bagi pelancongan digital. Kajian ini memberi implikasi signifikan terhadap pembangunan industri pelancongan digital dan penggunaan AR, khususnya dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pelancong Arab di Selangor. Penambahbaikan lanjut pada konstruk dengan kebolehpercayaan rendah dicadangkan untuk penyelidikan masa depan.
